At the edge of Chora in Folegandros... is Patitiri.
Built during the 1800's, it served the island's needs in wine and raki (a local alcoholic drink) production for many years. As time passed, the location was gradually deserted and it is preserved in the memories of the elders and local history.
In 1982, it opened its doors again, as an entertainment spot this time. It is the first bar that opened on the island, at the time the first travelling celebrities were rediscovering Folegandros.
Having gone through many changes, it has managed to be everyone's best choice in local nightlife entertainment during the last 20 years.
